RecoveryWear is a South African brand that provides adaptive clothing designed to support individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or limited mobility.
Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to RecoveryWear.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You will not engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity through the website.

  • You will provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

  • All descriptions, images, and specifications of products are provided as accurately as possible.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Product availability may vary due to manufacturing or stock limitations.

  • Colours may appear slightly different due to device display settings.

4. PRICING

  • All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Any promotions, discounts, or coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is true and correct.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method selected.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders are only processed once payment has been received and cleared.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, or external factors.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

  • RecoveryWear is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels due to incorrect addresses, or failure to collect parcels.

  • Any refusal of delivery or incorrect delivery information supplied remains the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of post-surgery and adaptive clothing:

  • Items may only be returned or exchanged if unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The customer is responsible for return courier fees unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

  • Refunds will be processed only once the item has been inspected and approved.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or used garments.

8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear are not considered defects.

9. SIZING POLICY

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
RecoveryWear is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer. Exchanges for sizing are allowed only if stock is available and the item is returned in perfect condition.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, graphics, product images, logos, designs, and layout—is the property of RecoveryWear and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not store full card details and we do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as necessary for order processing.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RecoveryWear is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of products.

  • Damages caused by courier services.

  • Losses arising from incorrect customer information.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold RecoveryWear harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees resulting from:
